You will be picked up from Varanasi (morning or afternoon) and your driver will take you to the first stop of your day. Begin by visiting the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the holiest shrines in India, dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is a spiritual center for Hindus and an iconic landmark in Varanasi.
Afterward, head towards Dashashwamedh Ghat for a memorable boat ride along the Ganges. You can experience the tranquil beauty of the river, especially during the evening when the famous Ganga Aarti takes place. This ritual offers a breathtaking view of the flames, chants, and devotional atmosphere.
Then, visit the Banaras Hindu University (BHU), one of the oldest and most prestigious educational institutions in India. The beautiful architecture and peaceful campus offer a calm respite from the hustle of the city.
In the evening, return to Dashashwamedh Ghat to witness the Ganga Aarti, an unforgettable experience where devotees offer prayers to the Ganges through songs and rituals.
Stay overnight at your hotel in Varanasi.
Start your day early with a boat ride on the Ganges to witness the sunrise. This is the best way to experience the spiritual and cultural vibrancy of Varanasi. As the sun rises over the river, you’ll witness the ghats coming to life with devotees performing their daily rituals.
Afterward, visit Manikarnika Ghat, the main cremation ghat of Varanasi, which holds deep religious and cultural significance. Here, you can observe the ceremonies and rituals being carried out, providing insight into the profound traditions of this holy city.
Next, take a short excursion to Sarnath, located about 10 kilometers from Varanasi, where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. Explore the Dhamek Stupa, the Sarnath Museum, and the Buddhist temples around the area.
In the evening, enjoy some free time to shop for Banarasi silk sarees, jewelry, and other local handicrafts. Alternatively, you can relax and wander the narrow alleys, soaking in the old-world charm of Varanasi.

Then, visit Allahabad Fort, built by Emperor Akbar, and Anand Bhavan, the ancestral home of the Nehru family, which is now a museum.
